Our days start off with the yogic exercise of Lujong to wake up our bodies. After a delicious breakfast we spend the morning with Brian Hilliard, learning the technique and practice of Mindfulness Meditation - through sitting and walking practice, talks and discussions. Together we enjoy a delicious lunch, lovingly prepared with local ingredients and organic where possible.
The afternoon is for you to enjoy as you please - swim, nap, read, journal, draw, take a cooking or sculpture class, hunt truffles or visit a local village to explore architecture, local art or visit a shop or two.
We meet up again late afternoon for our early evening session of Mindfulness Meditation practice with Brian Hilliard - a practitioner and teacher with 35 years of experience. Not to mention a great sense of humour too.
Dinner will be served for us and we can relax with our new group of friends around a campfire listening to local musicians and enjoying the starry night sky.
Our retreats help you to slow down, reconnect to yourself to rejuvenate you from the pace of your busy life. You can take this back to your everyday life - a holiday that lasts longer than a suntan.
